These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Zimmer application, website, and services. By downloading, installing, or using Zimmer, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Zimmer is a product of FIHI LABS UG (haftungsbeschränkt).

1. License Agreement

FIHI LABS UG (haftungsbeschränkt) grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the Zimmer software on macOS devices owned or controlled by you.

  • Usage Limits: A single license permits use on up to three (3) personal devices. Enterprise licenses are subject to separate seat-based agreements.
  • Restrictions: You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of Zimmer's proprietary orchestration engine. You may not resell or redistribute the software without express written permission.

2. Third-Party Models & Content

Zimmer is a platform that allows you to run third-party, open-source AI models (such as those in GGUF format).

  • Model Licenses: Each AI model you download is subject to its own license (e.g., Llama 3, Mistral, Gemma). You are responsible for complying with those licenses.
  • Output Responsibility: AI model outputs are generated locally on your hardware. FIHI LABS UG (haftungsbeschränkt) does not monitor, filter, or control these outputs. You are solely responsible for the content you generate and its use.
  • No Guarantees: AI models can produce inaccurate, biased, or offensive content. We make no warranties regarding the accuracy or suitability of model outputs.

3. Preview Access

Zimmer is currently offered as a free preview.

  • Free Preview: Zimmer is free to download and try during the preview period.
  • Future Changes: If Zimmer introduces new access terms later, we will present them clearly before they apply.
  • Access: Preview availability may change as the product evolves, but your locally downloaded models and files remain on your Mac.

4. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FIHI LABS UG (HAFTUNGSBESCHRÄNKT) SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

  • Your use or inability to use the software.
  • The outputs of locally-run AI models.
  • Unauthorized access to your local machine or hardware failure.
  • Third-party services connected via MCP.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your license and access to the software if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the software and delete all copies from your devices.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, without regard to its conflict of law principles. The exclusive place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be the courts of Berlin, Germany.
