This policy covers what zimmerapp.co stores on your device. It does not describe the Zimmer AI desktop, server or Android applications, which are covered by the Privacy Policy.
We use two things and no more: storage that is strictly necessary for the site to work, and first-party analytics that only runs if you switch it on. There is no advertising, no profiling, no cross-site tracking, and no third-party tracker anywhere on this site.
Nothing beyond strictly necessary storage is written before you choose. Rejecting is exactly as easy as accepting, and withdrawing later is as easy as giving it: use the button below, or the Cookies Policy link in the footer of any page. Withdrawing takes effect immediately and deletes the analytics identifiers already stored.
If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal, we treat that as an objection: analytics stays off and we do not show the banner at all.

These are stored using your browser's local and session storage rather than classic cookies. The law treats both the same way — German TDDDG § 25 and the ePrivacy Directive cover any storage on your device — so we ask for consent on the same terms.
If you turn analytics on, we record page views, download clicks, clicks on links that leave the site, and how far down a page you scrolled. Each event carries the page path, a coarse referrer such as google.com, your device and browser type, and a country derived from your connection.
It goes to our own servers. It is not sold, not shared with an advertising network, and not used to build a profile of you or to make any decision about you. Analytics data is retained for 14 months and then deleted.
Strictly necessary storage relies on § 25(2) TDDDG — it is required to provide the service you asked for. Analytics relies on your consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR and § 25(1) TDDDG, and on Regulation 6 PECR together with the UK GDPR for visitors in the United Kingdom.
